Nicole Marco is a visual artist who finds time to paint around her career as an engineer. She returned to a consistent art practice in 2022 while between jobs during her time as an artist in residence in Berlin, Germany at the Berlin Art Institute. It was there she fell back in love with art and began exploring styles and themes that have come to inspire her contemporary works. 

While she primarily works in oil, she continues to experiment with drawing mediums such as pen, graphite, and color pencil. Her practice is deeply meditative and uses intense color as an outlet for exploring subconscious emotions, thoughts, and learnings. Her work calls heavily on symbolism from nature, animals, and mythology as a means to share the narrative of her pieces.
